Dawnna Kazarian Keith, Chairperson, RRP, CPRP, CVP. Manager Rehabilitation Schizophrenia and Community Integration Services, St. Joseph’s Healthcare, Hamilton. Dawnna has over 30 years experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of vocational programs. Using Psychosocial Rehabilitation principals Dawnna has been integral to the development of a number of initiatives consistent with best practices that focused attention on the need for individuals to realize meaningful work/educational goals. She is also the Vocational Professional Practice Lead for the Mental Health and Addiction Program and is a Certified Vocational Professional under the College of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals.
Scott Newport, Treasurer, works in general practice and has experience in providing business, financial, and tax consulting services to owner-managed businesses. This includes audit and assurance services to businesses throughout the Hamilton and Halton Regions. In addition to his role as board member and treasurer of Rainbow’s End, Scott is also a member of the Burlington Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament Task Force. Scott qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2008 and graduated from McMaster University in 2006 with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree.
Matt Childs is the Marketing Project Manager at Trivaris Ltd. Matt is responsible for coordinating and executing strategic marketing initiatives for Trivaris’ portfolio of companies and for leading many of Trivaris’ social entrepreneurial activities. In this regard, Matt was the driving force in the development of the SEED (Social Enterprise and Economic Development) Network, a community network established to support social entrepreneurs, and plays a leading role in managing the development of multiple affordable housing projects within Hamilton and Burlington. Matt graduated from University of Western Ont ario with a Bachelor of Management & Organizational Studies in 2006.
Jack Grosvenor is President of Jack Grosvenor + Associates – delivering business results. A Sociology and Labour Studies graduate from McMaster University, Jack received the prestigious AISI Fellowship designation for executive team building in Washington, DC. Jack worked with ArcelorMittal Dofasco in change management and organizational development, leadership, and team building roles for many years. Jack was a long-time Human Resource Management & Business instructor at Mohawk College.

Bernice Hartwell, has been Sr. Sales Director with Mary Kay Cosmetics for over 25 years. She has been involved in creating and developing several small businesses, both locally and internationally. Bernice brings her expertise in Sales and Marketing to assist in meeting the needs of others. As a member of the Board she looks forward to the challenge of using her experience to help build local business connections and to help generate new ideas for Rainbow’s End.
Lian Lawrence
Dave LeFebvre is a consumer of mental health services. He is currently working part-time at the Y.W.C.A. as a prep-cook. He completed two years of university at Trinity College, University of Toronto and was an Ontario Scholar at Parkdale Collegiate where he received his grade thirteen. Nowadays, his hobby is following the current deficit or debt question that really plagues modern day political economies.
Frank Marchionda , a former member of Trade Team Canada, has mentored hundreds of emerging enterprises. His multi-sector experience includes: franchising, software development, health and beauty, industrial/mechanical manufacturing, toy and game development. Most recent endeavors include motorsports marketing/entertainment, the Canadian tobacco industry and global data security. A number of his clients have received entrepreneurial and exporting awards, others have been featured on CBC's "Venture".

Evangelia Mertzanis
Evangelia Mertzanis graduated in 2000 from general business and went to Mohawk College of Applied Arts and Technology. She has worked various entry level assistant and customer service positions. In 2009, she was able to volunteer teaching computers at Inspiration Place. In 2010, Evangelia was accepted to McMaster University and is taking health study courses. In January 2011, she joined Mental Health Rights Coalition and is looking forward towards peer support classes.
Tariq Mirza is retired from an oil company based in Saudi Arabia. He now lives in Hamilton with his wife and three children. Tariq is actively involved in volunteer activities, working as a volunteer Resource Counselor at Neighbour to Neighbour centre. He is also serving as member of Advisory Committee of Inspiration Place where he assists it’s members to learn and fix their computers and other electronics.
John Vail has been involved in an administrative capacity over a wide spectrum of healthcare spanning from AHSCs to the university environment and community hospitals. He has also been involved in team building facilitation programs using both high and low ropes elements. John has volunteered with a number of community agencies, including the United Way and the YMCA. He completed his BMSc at the University of Western Ontario and his MBA at the DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University.

Moira Wallace is the founder of Wallace Law. She provides mobile, virtual and in-house legal services, not previously available to smaller businesses. With over 10 year's experience as a corporate in-house lawyer, Moira helps companies understand and manage legal issues that affect businesses of any size.
Moira also volunteers as a director for the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce, FIC Advisory Board and she is a Canadian Youth Business Foundation mentor.
Fiona Wilson has been a strong advocate and educator within the mental health system since 1993. As the Coordinator of Peer Services for the Mental Health and Addiction Program at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton, Fiona facilitates the development and implementation of meaningful roles for people with the lived experience of mental illness in changing and enhancing all levels of our mental health system. Fiona is a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner and is currently completing her MSc in Psychiatric Rehabilitation Leadership. Fiona is a faculty member of the Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program at Mohawk College.
